What you will do

  • Execute a new logo acquisition strategy within a defined enterprise territory in Germany.
  • Build and sustain a high-quality pipeline through proactive prospecting and ecosystem collaboration.
  • Lead complex, multi-threaded sales cycles using MEDDPICC and value-based selling approaches.
  • Establish relationships with C-level and senior stakeholders to influence buying criteria.
  • Orchestrate cross-functional support from BDRs, marketing, partners, and solution consultants.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM hygiene within Salesforce.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise sales experience with a strong focus on new logo acquisition.
  • Proven success selling complex SaaS solutions.
  • Strong command of structured sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC.
  • Fluency in German and English is required.
  • Must be based in Germany.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into healthcare, life sciences, or other regulated industries in Germany.
  • Background in customer experience, contact center, or AI-driven SaaS solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with partners in co-sell motions.
