TL;DR

New Business Senior Account Executive (AdTech): Identifying, engaging, and converting high-potential leads into strategic partnerships with mid-size and large clients in the DACH market with an accent on driving growth and positioning hirify.global as a trusted AdTech partner. Focus on managing the full sales cycle, building long-term relationships with C-level stakeholders, and leveraging sales enablement tools to exceed revenue targets.

Location: Our hybrid model blends home with in-office experiences. Must be able to work in the DACH market (Germany, Austria, Switzerland).

What you will do

  • Expand client base in the DACH market by managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and onboarding.
  • Develop and execute strategic action plans to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams including Technical, Marketing, Product, and Account Management.
  • Utilize Salesforce CRM, SimilarWeb, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator for pipeline optimization.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and contribute to team culture through peer mentoring and coaching.

Requirements

  • Senior-level sales experience (min. 5 years) with a strong track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Demonstrated success in complex, multiproduct technology sales, ideally within AdTech/MarTech or marketing agencies.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and ability to engage with C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Sandler.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent pipeline management and forecasting capabilities.
  • Fluent in German and English.
