What you will do
- Optimize the end-to-end insurance funnel to improve conversion, retention, and overall customer experience.
- Conduct deep market, competitor, and customer analysis to proactively shape the product roadmap.
- Collaborate in a trio model with Engineering and Product Design to deliver high-quality mobile-first experiences.
- Drive data-informed decisions using Mixpanel, Looker, behavioral analytics, and operational signals.
- Balance experimentation and innovation with operational stability and commercial viability.
- Translate ambiguity into structured decision-making and clear product direction for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Significant experience owning mobile-first commercial products end-to-end.
- Proven track record in product discovery, including customer research and opportunity validation.
- Experience operating at Senior, Lead, or Principal level within a product-led scale-up.
- Must have the existing right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship available).
- Fluency in using behavioral analytics and modern AI tooling to accelerate discovery and experimentation.
- Experience in regulated digital environments such as InsurTech, FinTech, or HealthTech is strongly preferred.
Nice to have
- Experience collaborating with actuarial, pricing, or underwriting teams to manage risk appetite.
- Proven success in scaling a flagship product line with measurable commercial impact.
- Experience in highly empowered product organizations where PMs own outcomes rather than delivery.
