Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) in London

Salary: £140,000 - £170,000 + 20-30% Bonus + equity

What you will do

• Define and execute the strategy for a next-generation wealth management proposition focused on client engagement and retention.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
• Drive product-market fit through rigorous experimentation, testing, and data-led decision-making.
• Develop highly personalized client experiences by leveraging financial and behavioural insights.
• Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, compliance, and commercial functions to accelerate business growth.
• Own the vision and commercial success of key business areas while mentoring other Product Leads.

Requirements

• Proven senior leadership experience within fintech, personal finance, or financial services.
• Strong track record of launching and scaling customer-centric digital products and experiences.
• Solid product foundation from a top-tier startup or scale-up environment.
• Deep understanding of financial data and digital product development lifecycles.
• Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid setup (2 days per week).
• Passion for the application of AI within financial services.
