TL;DR
Head of Product (Fintech): Leading strategically important business areas to own the vision, growth, and commercial success of innovative financial products with an accent on next-generation wealth management and client engagement. Focus on driving product-market fit through experimentation and developing personalized client experiences using financial and behavioural insights.
Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office) in London
Salary: £140,000 - £170,000 + 20-30% Bonus + equity

What you will do
- Define and execute the strategy for a next-generation wealth management proposition focused on client engagement and retention.
- Lead multidisciplinary teams comprising product, design, and engineering to deliver high-quality customer outcomes.
- Drive product-market fit through rigorous experimentation, testing, and data-led decision-making.
- Develop highly personalized client experiences by leveraging financial and behavioural insights.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across technology, compliance, and commercial functions to accelerate business growth.
- Own the vision and commercial success of key business areas while mentoring other Product Leads.
Requirements
- Proven senior leadership experience within fintech, personal finance, or financial services.
- Strong track record of launching and scaling customer-centric digital products and experiences.
- Solid product foundation from a top-tier startup or scale-up environment.
- Deep understanding of financial data and digital product development lifecycles.
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for a hybrid setup (2 days per week).
- Passion for the application of AI within financial services.
