What you will do

• Lead all stages of the product development lifecycle from discovery and problem definition to delivery and iteration.
• Define outcome-focused requirements and translate them into actionable briefs and user stories for engineering and design teams.
• Identify and embed AI-powered tools into the product development process to improve quality and speed.
• Define success metrics, monitor performance, and make evidence-based product decisions.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across technology, operations, and compliance in a squad-based structure.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and trade-offs while communicating effectively with senior leadership.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Manager in a technology-led or financial services organization.
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end product development lifecycles and agile delivery.
• Practical experience leveraging AI tools within the product development process.
• Ability to engage meaningfully in technical conversations with engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to justify decisions using data.
