What you will do

• Build and extend client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery.
• Execute full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates to clients.
• Manage high-touch candidate relationships to ensure professional engagement and responsiveness.
• Act as a subject matter expert regarding applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing methodologies.
• Drive the effectiveness of the overall recruitment process.

Requirements

• Proficiency in candidate sourcing and screening methodologies.
• Experience working with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
• Strong customer focus and responsiveness in client-facing activities.
• Ability to complete comprehensive background checks, including criminal, education, and employment history.
