Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen (requires 3 days in-office presence per week)

What you will do
- Act as the primary point of contact for a client portfolio, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Lead client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.
- Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns to deliver against agreed KPIs.
- Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and account health to proactively address risks.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support client retention and growth.
- Deliver client training, insights, and comprehensive post-campaign performance reporting.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in client-facing account management or customer success roles.
- Proven understanding of digital advertising and programmatic media.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data.
- Must be based in Copenhagen to comply with the hybrid work model.
- English proficiency (B2) and knowledge of the Danish market are required.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with DSPs/SSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform, Xandr).
- Knowledge of 3rd party ad servers (e.g., DCM, Adform) and verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
- Experience with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.
