TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Copenhagen (requires 3 days in-office presence per week)

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a client portfolio, building strong and trusted relationships.
  • Lead client onboarding, campaign launches, and ongoing account management.
  • Set up, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns to deliver against agreed KPIs.
  • Monitor campaign performance, pacing, and account health to proactively address risks.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to support client retention and growth.
  • Deliver client training, insights, and comprehensive post-campaign performance reporting.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in client-facing account management or customer success roles.
  • Proven understanding of digital advertising and programmatic media.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and accounts simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret performance data.
  • Must be based in Copenhagen to comply with the hybrid work model.
  • English proficiency (B2) and knowledge of the Danish market are required.

Nice to have

  • Hands-on experience with DSPs/SSPs (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Adform, Xandr).
  • Knowledge of 3rd party ad servers (e.g., DCM, Adform) and verification tools (IAS, DoubleVerify, MOAT).
  • Experience with tag management systems like Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch.
