TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Data & Analytics): Managing mid-market customer relationships to drive adoption, retention, and growth for reporting and analytics solutions with an accent on strategic advisory and account health. Focus on driving product maturity, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as the voice of the customer for internal product teams.
Location: Hybrid (Must be based in London, UK; up to 2 days a week in office)
Salary: £44,000 – £55,000 Annual

What you will do
- Serve as the primary strategic advisor and point of contact for mid-market to SMB customers in the Data and Analytics function.
- Drive product adoption and usage maturity through successful onboarding and strategic success reviews.
- Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to align customer objectives with solution value and ROI.
- Partner with Account Managers to track customer health, support renewal readiness, and identify upsell/cross-sell leads.
- Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with Product, Support, and Leadership teams to influence the roadmap.
- Develop customer success stories and business cases to strengthen advocacy and referenceability.
Requirements
- Experience in Account Management or Customer Success within B2B software product or services environments.
- Proven track record of managing complex portfolios and issue resolution in a covered CSM model.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Gong, and CRM/Success platforms.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship.
Nice to have
- Knowledge of embedded analytics software.
- German language proficiency.
- CSM-related certifications (e.g., Gainsight, Success Coaching, Pragmatic Institute).
