What you will do
- Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions via telephone.
- Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
- Manage daily call activity and meet defined sales KPIs.
- Maintain and update CRM data for accurate reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
- Previous experience in sales, with a strong preference for B2B phone sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
- Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
- Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
