What you will do

  • Actively sell, negotiate, and quote B2B solutions via telephone.
  • Establish and nurture strong customer relationships to drive sales and brand loyalty.
  • Manage daily call activity and meet defined sales KPIs.
  • Maintain and update CRM data for accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Danish and English is required.
  • Previous experience in sales, with a strong preference for B2B phone sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Strong active listening and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Must be based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
