What you will do

• Manage the onboarding process for new employees, including equipment setup and system maintenance.
• Provide face-to-face and remote technical support for Windows, macOS, and Linux devices.
• Maintain accurate records of hardware and software assets across the organization.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Intune, and Exchange Online.
• Troubleshoot basic network issues and support broader infrastructure projects.
• Collaborate with the Head of IT and Data Security on various strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in an IT helpdesk or support role providing both remote and in-person assistance.
• Strong customer service and communication skills for interacting with colleagues at all levels.
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, hardware, and systems.
• Must have the Right to Work in the UK.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a varied workload independently.

Nice to have

• IT-related qualification from a college or university.
• Relevant certifications or a portfolio of personal technical projects.
• Proven experience providing first-line technical support.
