What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support, resolving hardware, software, and access issues.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, and deployment via MDM.
• Administer identity and access management, including SSO, MFA, and user lifecycle processes.
• Maintain office AV and network infrastructure, ensuring meeting rooms and connectivity are consistently operational.
• Develop scripts and automation to reduce manual IT toil and improve service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with security policies and support audit evidence collection for SOC 2 and ISO 27001.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technology operations.
• Strong proficiency in macOS and Windows endpoint management using MDM platforms like JumpCloud, Jamf, or Intune.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools for ticketing and incident management.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Identity and Access Management (SSO, MFA, SCIM).
• Understanding of office networking (Wi-Fi, VLANs, DNS/DHCP) and AV/conferencing hardware.
• Scripting ability in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation tasks.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with JumpCloud administration.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SOX.
• Experience supporting fast-growing, pre-IPO companies.
• Background in office fit-outs, structured cabling, and AV installation.
