What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT support, resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Manage the full device lifecycle, including procurement, configuration, and security enforcement via MDM.
• Administer identity and access management, ensuring secure provisioning and de-provisioning of user accounts.
• Maintain office AV and network infrastructure, including video conferencing systems and Wi-Fi.
• Develop scripts and automation workflows to reduce manual IT toil and improve service delivery.
• Support compliance audits and maintain documentation for SOC 2, ISO 27001, and SOX requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or technology operations.
• Strong proficiency in macOS and Windows endpoint management using MDM platforms.
• Hands-on experience with ITSM tools and incident management processes.
• Solid knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and Identity and Access Management (IAM).
• Scripting ability in PowerShell, Python, or Bash for automation.
• Excellent communication skills for supporting both technical and non-technical users.

Nice to have

• Specific experience with JumpCloud administration.
• Exposure to compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or SOX.
• Experience supporting fast-growing, pre-IPO companies.
• Background in office fit-outs, structured cabling, and AV installation.
