• Plan and implement marketing activations and thematic campaigns across B2C platforms.
• Collaborate with design, CRM, and commercial teams to collect assets and coordinate execution.
• Analyze campaign results and perform market trend analysis to optimize future performance.
• Develop strategic annual plans for key accounts to address brand and business challenges.
• Act as the marketing spokesperson for commercial teams, providing value propositions and insights.
• Guide and coach junior B2B & Trade colleagues to improve team performance.

Requirements

• Strong competencies in brand and trade marketing with a commercial mindset.
• Proven experience in project management and marketing analysis.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, G Suite, and analysis tools like Mixpanel or Microstrategy.
• Professional fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Must be located in Paris for hybrid work.
