It Process Manager (SAP): Drive and support global process initiatives, optimize workflows, and lead cross-functional projects with an accent on SAP expertise and process KPI tracking. Focus on designing and harmonizing processes, developing tools, and delivering training across global teams.

What you will do

Drive and support global process initiatives including tool functionality development and process mapping.
Align and harmonize processes across all service functions with other Process Drivers.
Create documentation and training materials for process flows and mapping.
Develop and track KPIs to boost performance across key functions.
Lead or participate in global tool and system developments supporting company strategy.

Requirements

Location: Based in or able to work from France
5–10 years experience with SAP.
Proven project management experience and ability to lead cross-functional initiatives.
Strong background in process and workflow design.
Hands-on experience with technician planning modules, ideally SAP FSM or similar.
English: Conversational level required
