What you will do

• Project manage the localization of assets including website copy, product descriptions, marketing materials, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with copywriters, translators, and internal stakeholders to ensure content is culturally appropriate for each market.
• Develop project plans and timelines to ensure localization efforts are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Educate stakeholders and launching teams on localization best practices and international requirements.
• Drive operational excellence by presenting monthly retrospectives and optimizing processes.
• Provide up-to-date visibility into large projects and progress against team goals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Localization Project Management for product and marketing teams.
• Proven track record of managing complex globalized products and campaigns on both the client and agency sides.
• Deep knowledge of the localization process and creating local user experiences.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional EMEA language.
• Must be based in the EMEA time zone.
