What you will do

• Provide strategic oversight to maintain alignment of project milestones with daily activities.
• Manage project financials, including budget development, actuals tracking, and vendor invoice approvals.
• Facilitate communication between internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and functional teams.
• Drive project activities across CMC, clinical, quality, regulatory, and supply chain departments.
• Proactively identify and manage strategic risks and implement mitigation activities.
• Review and distribute project management deliverables such as reports and dashboards.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in the biopharmaceutical industry with at least 5 years in project management.
• BS, MS, or PhD in a scientific or engineering discipline (e.g., Chemistry, Chemical Engineering).
• Experience working with CDMOs to support outsourced development and manufacturing.
• Proficiency in Planisware for managing parallel projects in a matrixed environment.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to engage in technical and scientific discussions across diverse teams.

Nice to have

• Comprehensive understanding of CMC for small molecules, biologics, or vaccines.
• Formal project management training or certification (e.g., PMP).
• Strong understanding of cGXP guidelines and pharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
