What you will do

• Build and run a prioritized portfolio backlog spanning operational run and transformation for AML & Fraud Ops.
• Deconstruct and rebuild AML & Fraud processes using AI and bot-enabled flows while maintaining compliance standards.
• Scope and execute mid-scale and transformative initiatives across all hirify.global markets.
• Manage and coach a team of approximately 7 junior Project Managers, establishing delivery standards and rituals.
• Coordinate with Risk & Compliance, AFC, Internal Control, Tech, and Security to ensure safe rollouts and sustainable adoption.

Requirements

• Significant depth in end-to-end operational project management and portfolio delivery.
• Experience designing operating systems, tools, and metrics from scratch.
• 2-3+ years of experience in people leadership and team development.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders across compliance, operations, and technical domains.
• English fluency required.
• Must be based in Paris for a hybrid work arrangement.
