What you will do
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI and agent systems, from architecture and design to production.
- Develop AI-native features, including autonomous agents and intelligent workflows.
- Manage the full model quality lifecycle, including experimentation, monitoring, and improvement.
- Design, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure for production-critical applications.
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable system architecture across the full stack.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proven experience with LLMs, including writing, optimizing, and measuring AI prompts.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals (SOLID, TDD) and CS knowledge (algorithms, data structures).
- Experience with microservices architecture, CQRS, and event sourcing.
- Proficiency with at least one major cloud provider (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
