What you will do
- Own AI and agent-system features end to end, from architecture and design through implementation and production.
- Build autonomous agents and intelligent workflows, including experimentation, evaluation, monitoring, and continuous model improvement.
- Design, maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot cloud applications.
- Translate business needs into concrete system architecture and implement solutions across the stack.
- Drive technical excellence, product quality, innovation, and timely delivery in a production-critical environment.
Requirements
- 6+ years of software development experience.
- Proven experience with LLMs, including writing and optimizing prompts, measuring AI application effectiveness, and evaluating models and architectures.
- Strong software engineering fundamentals, including SOLID, TDD, version control, and production-ready coding.
- Deep knowledge of data structures, algorithms, performance complexity, and computer architecture.
- Experience with microservices, CQRS, event sourcing, and at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers, plus a collaborative and problem-solving mindset.
