What you will do
- Design, implement, and maintain scalable and secure agent-driven services and systems.
- Build high-throughput APIs and infrastructure for agent memory, communication, skills, decision logic, security, and workflow management.
- Integrate agent capabilities with backend services, data stores, vector databases, search and retrieval systems, and external APIs.
- Translate agent use cases into production-ready software with product managers, AI researchers, data engineers, and UX teams.
- Implement monitoring, observability, CI/CD, fault tolerance, and reliability practices for agent components.
- Contribute to architecture decisions and rigorous code reviews.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 3+ years of production Python.
- Experience with agentic coding tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
- Experience building distributed systems, microservices, or complex backend APIs for AI and agent workflows.
- Expertise integrating AI models, agent frameworks, vector databases, and large-context reasoning services.
- Experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure, plus Docker, Kubernetes, testing, performance optimization, and CI/CD.
- Experience with React and TypeScript for agent management interfaces, and prior work on autonomous multi-step AI agents.
