About the Role

You will embed with Solutions Architects to identify high-impact workflow problems and ship production-quality tools. You will build AI agents, automated workflows, demo environments, and technical assets; maintain backend systems; and document solutions so others can adopt and extend them.

Requirements

• 4+ years of production engineering experience
• Backend engineering fundamentals
• AI agent, LLM-powered tool, or workflow automation experience
• Ruby, Node.js, Python, or Next.js proficiency
• AWS or GCP familiarity
• DevOps familiarity
• Internal tools or developer platform experience
• Cross-functional delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to scope technical work and define deliverables
• Evaluate and integrate AI capabilities for productivity improvement
• Build internal tools, agents, and automated workflows
• Harden high-potential tools into scalable production solutions
• Build custom demo environments, proof-of-concept applications, and technical assets
• Document tools, architectures, and usage patterns
• Debug, extend, and maintain backend systems
