What you will do

• Develop overarching media strategy and cross-channel orchestration across TV, CTV, Social, and Programmatic channels.
• Optimize media investments across markets and products using a brandformance mindset.
• Design and build an AI-powered media optimization infrastructure from planning to reporting.
• Integrate AI tools and agents into media workflows and establish KPIs and guardrails.
• Evolve attribution and measurement frameworks, including Media Mix Modelling (MMM) and incrementality testing.
• Manage external media agencies and negotiate terms with ad sales partners.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in strategic media planning (agency or in-house).
• Proven expertise in cross-channel planning balancing brand building and performance.
• Deep knowledge of TV planning and performance (Linear & CTV), including SpotEffects or similar.
• Experience with Media Mix Modelling (MMM) and modern attribution methodologies.
• Hands-on experience incorporating AI tools into strategic daily workflows.
• Fluent English; very good German is a strong plus.
