What you will do

• Implement holistic digital campaigns from planning to completion, coordinating across paid search, paid social, programmatic, and e-commerce channels.
• Monitor market and media trends to provide actionable recommendations for placements, formats, and targeting.
• Manage stakeholder coordination between consultants, marketers, and channel experts.
• Evaluate offers, partnerships, and special advertising formats to optimize client growth.
• Take full responsibility for digital budgets through detailed annual forecasts and collaboration with the Investment Team.
• Contribute to annual strategies and client pitches through the development of innovative concepts.

Requirements

• Degree or completed vocational training in marketing, media, business, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in planning or consulting on digital media campaigns.
• Deep familiarity with common planning tools, media terminology, and online KPIs.
• Strong analytical thinking combined with advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent written and spoken German skills.
