Salary: €70,000 – €90,000 per year

What you will do
- Lead and develop the Campaign Management team, fostering a performance-oriented environment.
- Translate commercial goals into clear media strategies and scalable prioritization frameworks.
- Steer campaigns across the full lifecycle to ensure alignment with business objectives and commercial impact.
- Collaborate with Sales, Key Account Management, and Ad Operations to align priorities with operational feasibility.
- Utilize campaign data and performance insights to support strategic business decisions and improve quality.
- Scale the Retail Media business by improving operational processes and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Retail Media, digital advertising, or media strategy, ideally in scaling organizations.
- Proven leadership experience in developing teams and managing priorities in dynamic environments.
- Expertise in media planning, budget allocation, campaign steering, and performance optimization.
- Strong ability to work with data, KPIs, and reporting to support strategic decisions.
- Interest in AdTech, Sponsored Products, attribution models, or self-service advertising solutions.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Cologne, Germany.
