Focus on maximizing user base growth for Freecash, mentoring high-performing teams, and pioneering new scalable marketing projects.

Location: On-site in Berlin (5 days a week)

Salary: €150K – €200K + Equity + Bonus

What you will do

• Define and execute the overarching marketing and user acquisition strategy aligned with ambitious growth targets.
• Lead and mentor teams responsible for paid media, influencer marketing, and other growth initiatives.
• Take full ownership of all marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and emerging platforms.
• Spearhead the launch of new marketing projects from inception to scalable, high-impact channels.
• Collaborate with the CEO and other stakeholders to translate marketing efforts into business outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven track record in senior marketing leadership and scaling multi-channel user acquisition efforts.
• Exceptional ability to leverage data and analytics to inform decisions and communicate insights to C-level executives.
• History of taking full ownership of projects, budgets, and day-to-day operations.
• Strong leadership skills in mentoring team members and implementing scalable marketing processes.
• Deep understanding of the mobile ad-tech and gaming ecosystem, including monetization and UA best practices.
• Must be based in Berlin and available to work on-site 5 days a week.
