What you will do

• Lead strategic planning, execution, and follow-up of international trade shows, fairs, and business events focused on lead generation and brand positioning.
• Develop scalable event concepts aligned with multi-domain product and software portfolio.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and international teams for consistent global presence.
• Support sales teams and partners in local trade show activities worldwide.
• Identify key industry events in defense, security, and technology to maximize visibility and pipeline impact.
• Track event performance (KPIs, ROI) and derive data-driven improvements; manage budgets, vendors, and global trade show assets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or comparable.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in event management with focus on international trade shows, ideally in B2B tech, defense, or software.
• Proven track record in planning and executing complex trade show presences.
• Strong project management skills for multiple projects in fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with focus on performance and ROI; excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Creative strategic thinker with high ownership, hands-on mentality, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in German and English; willingness to travel internationally.
