What you will do

• Design and build end-to-end AI workflows for internal business processes.
• Develop agentic systems capable of managing entire process chains rather than isolated tasks.
• Integrate AI solutions into internal knowledge sources and platforms like Salesforce Einstein and MS Copilot.
• Instrument solutions to track impact KPIs against pre-AI baselines.
• Ensure all implementations are scalable, stable, and reusable.
• Continuously monitor and improve AI solutions in production environments.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or a comparable field.
• Several years of experience in Software Engineering or AI Engineering with ownership of production systems.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar languages.
• Solid experience with LLM/agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or AutoGen.
• Expertise in API integration, workflow orchestration, and production monitoring.
• Must be based in the EU for remote work arrangements.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce Agentforce or MS Copilot integrations.
• Background in optimizing internal corporate workflows (Sales, HR, Finance).
