What you will do

• Architect and implement production-grade AI solutions including classical ML, GenAI, and agentic systems.
• Define and champion engineering excellence, including code quality, design reviews, and MLOps standards.
• Lead technical delivery from architecture through production hardening and client handover.
• Build reusable engineering accelerators, templates, and evaluation frameworks.
• Mentor mid-level and senior engineers while driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in production AI/ML.
• Deep foundation in distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and CI/CD.
• Strong command of Python and modern AI stacks like PyTorch and LangChain.
• Proven track record leading complex, end-to-end AI engineering in client-facing settings.
• Fluent in English; working proficiency in German is a strong plus.

Nice to have

• Experience in industrial or highly regulated environments.
• Expertise in OT/edge constraints and on-prem deployments.
