What you will do
- Ship an AI agent every 6 weeks, owning the full backend and AI logic from scoping to deployment.
- Build reliable AI systems with pragmatic guardrails in a regulated banking environment.
- Create maintainable, future-proof components to enable rapid iteration.
- Collaborate across the full stack, including contributing to frontend (React/JS) through pair coding.
- Code hands-on 70% of your time in Python with maximum shipping velocity.
Requirements
- Fluent in English.
- Strong production experience in Python with a continuous learning mindset.
- Possess a startup mindset, being a fast learner and confident shipper under aggressive timelines.
- Curiosity for AI, actively using AI coding tools daily (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
- Pragmatic approach to balance shipping fast with building reliable systems.
- Strong communication skills to explain technical topics clearly and diffuse knowledge across teams.
Nice to have
- Go knowledge for interacting with 's core services.
- Experience in scale-up or regulated industries like banking or fintech.
- Production AI experience.
