What you will do

• Ship an AI agent every 6 weeks, owning the full backend and AI logic from scoping to deployment.
• Build reliable AI systems with pragmatic guardrails in a regulated banking environment.
• Create maintainable, future-proof components to enable rapid iteration.
• Collaborate across the full stack, including contributing to frontend (React/JS) through pair coding.
• Code hands-on 70% of your time in Python with maximum shipping velocity.

Requirements

• Fluent in English.
• Strong production experience in Python with a continuous learning mindset.
• Possess a startup mindset, being a fast learner and confident shipper under aggressive timelines.
• Curiosity for AI, actively using AI coding tools daily (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot).
• Pragmatic approach to balance shipping fast with building reliable systems.
• Strong communication skills to explain technical topics clearly and diffuse knowledge across teams.

• Experience in scale-up or regulated industries like banking or fintech.
• Production AI experience.
