What you will do

• Productize AI/ML models and LLMs by developing APIs, infrastructure, and applying software engineering best practices.
• Design and implement autonomous end-to-end ML pipelines from data ingestion to deployment and monitoring.
• Contribute to shared AI/ML tools and libraries used daily by over 100 AI team members.
• Lead complex technical initiatives, including refactoring and the creation of new ML standards.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, DevOps, and Backend engineers on architecture design and exchange protocols.
• Mentor junior team members on technical topics and ensure overall development quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python and solid AI/ML fundamentals.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and Cloud infrastructure.
• Legal right to work in Spain or Germany.
• Proven ability to lead technical projects from design to full implementation.
