A software company developing a platform featuring an agentic AI layer called Juno.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end system architecture for agentic AI applications from high-level design to production deployment.
  • Design and build multi-agent orchestration systems using frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen.
  • Architect scalable, fault-tolerant backend services using Python (FastAPI) with clean API contracts (REST, GraphQL, gRPC).
  • Implement Azure cloud deployment strategies (AKS, Functions) including infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Establish architectural standards, design patterns, and engineering best practices for the AI engineering team.
  • Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through architecture and code reviews.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior, staff, or architect-level role.
  • Expert-level Python skills: asyncio, FastAPI, Pydantic, and modern packaging.
  • Hands-on experience building applications with agentic AI frameworks and LLM integration patterns (RAG, tool-use, vector stores).
  • Production cloud deployment experience on Azure (Kubernetes, Terraform, Pulumi).
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems: messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ), caching (Redis), and observability.
  • Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or Cursor in daily workflow.
