What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key institutional clients, including hedge funds, asset managers, and sovereign wealth funds.
• Drive cross-functional initiatives to streamline workflows, increase straight-through processing (STP), and improve operational scalability.
• Resolve highly complex operational and technical issues across Prime Services and franchise products (Equity, Fixed Income, FX, and OTC Derivatives).
• Provide expert guidance and thought leadership to clients on product capabilities, market trends, and regulatory changes.
• Identify and mitigate operational, credit, and reputational risks associated with client activities.
• Lead strategic projects aimed at enhancing the Prime Services offering and internal operational efficiencies.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Client Services, Operations, or Project Management within a leading investment bank or financial institution.
• Proven track record of managing and growing complex institutional client relationships.
• Deep expertise in Prime Broker Custody, Futures & Cleared Derivatives, Equity Synthetics, FX, and OTC Derivatives.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills for performing root cause analysis on complex data.
• Ability to leverage AI toolsets to drive automation and increase productivity.
• Location: Must be based in Singapore
