What you will do
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the Player Value & Subscriptions programme, aligning cross-studio workstreams.
- Drive the transformation and integration of the company's subscription platform across multiple go-to-market phases.
- Own holistic programme delivery regarding time, quality, and budget.
- Coordinate technical, commercial, and go-to-market teams to ensure cohesive delivery.
- Support the creation and execution of new revenue levers to grow player value.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering complex, multi-workstream programmes in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to operate at both high-level programme and detailed delivery levels.
- Experience bringing rigour, frameworks, and delivery discipline to ambiguous programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management experience across technical, commercial, and product teams.
- Background in technology, consumer-facing digital products, or subscription-led businesses.
- Must possess the permanent right to work in the UK.
Nice to have
- Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry.
- Familiarity with subscription platforms, payment systems, or go-to-market integration programmes.
