What you will do

• Lead the delivery plan for hardware quality and timing using right-to-left planning.
• Integrate hardware activities across Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Chair cross-functional meetings to identify and resolve blocking issues.
• Monitor manufacturing readiness levels and recommend strategies for capital and industrialization.
• Oversee procurement of capital equipment and manage government-owned property documentation.
• Collaborate with Product Engineers on build processes, TAKT time analysis, and cost tracking.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Wolverhampton, UK
• 4-year degree in a technical or business-related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program/project management, engineering, or operations.
• Demonstrated experience with project management and lean principles.
