What you will do

• Lead operational delivery for new market entry programmes by coordinating across Legal, Compliance, Commercial, and Technology teams.
• Own the programme plan for active market entries, managing milestones, dependencies, risks, and blockers.
• Prioritize the Partner Operations programme portfolio to ensure focus on high-impact workstreams.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Drive the documentation of processes and market entry playbooks to reduce reliance on tribal knowledge.
• Identify and close critical process gaps to enable functional scalability.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a programme or project management role with a track record of cross-functional delivery.
• Direct experience in iGaming or an adjacent regulated industry is required.
• Hands-on experience with regulated market operations, including licensing frameworks and compliance requirements.
• Strong senior stakeholder management experience.
• Ability to operate in complex, fast-moving environments.
