TL;DR

Business Development Representative (Fintech): Building hirify.global’s presence in the European market by driving high-velocity sales and lead qualification with an accent on consultative discovery and strategic outbound prospecting. Focus on designing scalable qualification frameworks, managing high-volume inbound/outbound pipelines, and collaborating with Account Executives to accelerate growth in the UK and Ireland.

Location: Must be based in London, UK and able to work 5 days a week in the office.

What you will do

  • Respond to and qualify high-volume inbound leads using multi-channel outreach.
  • Source new business opportunities across the UK and Ireland through outbound prospecting.
  • Conduct consultative discovery to identify prospect pain points and priorities.
  • Partner with Account Executives to support deal expansion and pipeline growth.
  • Maintain accurate activity and pipeline data within Salesforce.
  • Refine talk tracks and objection handling techniques based on performance data.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK is required.
  • Must be able to work 5x a week in the London office.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High sense of urgency and self-starter mindset.
  • AI fluency as a daily habit for task automation.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Experience in high-growth startups, consulting, or analytically intensive environments.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing, business development, or inside sales roles.
  • Prior experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes or workflows.
