TL;DR

Post-Sales Manager (Fintech): Leading customers through implementation and agentic workflow adoption for a smart finance infrastructure platform with an accent on customer activation and revenue expansion. Focus on building change management strategies for CFOs, driving product adoption, and translating market signals into product decisions.

Location: On-site in London. Right to work in the UK is required. Willingness to travel frequently across the UK and Europe.

What you will do

  • Lead customers through the full transformation journey, from implementation through agentic workflow adoption.
  • Own the revenue target for your assigned book of business.
  • Build and execute change management strategies, map stakeholders, and drive adoption.
  • Quantify and communicate hirify.global's financial impact using metrics relevant to CFOs and Controllers.
  • Help customers adopt agentic finance capabilities as fundamental changes to their operations.
  • Maintain tight feedback loops with Design and Engineering to drive product decisions based on market signals.

Requirements

  • Right to work in the UK is required.
  • Founder-mode mentality with a track record of owning outcomes and building from scratch.
  • AI fluency as a daily habit.
  • Deep product expertise to provide prescriptive recommendations.
  • Technical acumen regarding integrations, APIs, and workflow architecture.
  • Strong commercial instinct to identify and close expansion opportunities.

Nice to have

  • Fluency in additional European languages.
  • Experience in high-growth startups, consulting, VC, IB/PE, or analytically intensive environments.
  • Exposure to fintech, SaaS, or B2B sales cycles.
  • Entrepreneurial experience, such as founding a company or building significant side projects.
