Location: Weymouth, Dorset, England, UK. Must be able to work in the UK without restrictions and be prepared to undergo UK National Security Vetting.

What you will do

  • Direct EHS activities and establish site-wide objectives, targets, and internal reporting.
  • Implement and operate the Health, Safety and Environmental management system, including risk assessments and inspections.
  • Maintain site ISO certifications and ensure EHS metrics are reported accurately and on time.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce risk and environmental impact at the site.
  • Champion safety culture by coaching and influencing the leadership team to meet external and internal standards.
  • Develop training matrices and track the completion of all EHS training needs.

Requirements

  • NEBOSH Diploma or an equivalent certification.
  • IEMA Associate Certificate in Environmental Management (or currently working towards one).
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience working within a manufacturing environment.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the UK in accordance with National Law.
  • Ability to successfully undertake UK National Security Vetting.
  • Effective oral, written, and interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to lead and influence.
