EHS Advisor (EMEA & APAC)

What you will do

• Manage and continually improve the EHSMS, including documentation updates and compliance scoring.
• Assist in the development and delivery of the health and safety strategy across the EMEA region.
• Conduct risk assessments for events and incidental tasks, and pre-qualify contractor risk assessments and method statements.
• Lead accident investigations to determine root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate emergency evacuation drills and maintain the site training matrix for first aid and fire wardens.
• Liaise with external regulators and provide weekly EHS summary reports to the International EHS Director.

Requirements

• NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or equivalent.
• Chartered Member of IOSH or actively working towards this membership.
• Experience in auditing compliance against corporate standards and local legal requirements.
• Ability to respond to emergency incidents and liaise with government agencies.
