What you will do

• Maintain and improve HSE Management Systems according to ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
• Lead risk assessments and implement corrective actions to minimize workplace hazards.
• Manage incident reporting, investigation, and root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor HSE performance using leading and lagging indicators to drive continuous improvement.
• Partner with leadership to integrate safety into daily decision-making and operational priorities.
• Represent the site during audits, inspections, and interactions with external authorities.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or be able to commute to Bishopstoke/Eastleigh, UK
• Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline.
• Recognized Health & Safety qualification, ideally a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
• HSE Internal Auditor certification with experience managing compliance programs.
• Proven HSE management experience within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• English: Fluent (C1) required for cross-functional and external communication.
