Customer Success Manager (E-commerce)

Customer Success Manager (E-commerce): Managing a portfolio of customers to ensure retention and expansion within a shipping platform with an accent on strategic consultation and value delivery. Focus on aligning customer business objectives with platform features, solving logistics challenges, and driving portfolio growth.

Location: Hybrid in Eindhoven, Netherlands (2-3x per week at the office). Must be eligible to work in the Netherlands (EU).

Salary: Starting at €55k (medior) & €60k (senior) incl. holiday allowance + OTE

• Manage the health of a customer portfolio, focusing on retention and expansion.
• Conduct consultations to translate customer needs into actionable growth plans.
• Act as a strategic partner to resolve customers' logistics and technical challenges.
• Link customer business objectives to the adoption of key platform features.
• Collaborate cross-departmentally within hirify.global to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• Build solid relationships through proactive health checks and regular correspondence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce.
• Proven track record in sales, quota attainment, or growing a book of business.
• Fluent English and native Dutch.
• Eligibility to work in the Netherlands (EU).
• Strong negotiation, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Fluency in French.
