Junior Account Manager (Automotive)

Location: Tilburg, Netherlands; hybrid

What you will do

• Visit dealers, independent workshops, and tire specialists to share product updates, insights, and test results.
• Activate campaigns and promotional activities with local distributors.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers and support them in recommending and selling hirify.global products.
• Record visits, interactions, and results in the CRM and share insights internally.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and other colleagues while independently managing the assigned region.
• Gather competitor and market insights to support growth and business strategy.

Requirements

• Passion for the automotive industry and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication skills, warmth, enthusiasm, and confidence in motivating customers.
• Self-motivation, independence, and a proactive, results-oriented approach.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Dutch at C2 level or native proficiency is required.
• Very good command of English is required.
