What you will do

- Manage strategic accounts and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
- Contribute to sales planning and support regional marketing initiatives.
- Provide advanced technical and clinical training to key customers.
- Represent the brand at professional conferences and engage with key opinion leaders.
Requirements
- 5+ years of proven experience in medical device sales or orthopedic solutions.
- Fluent in Dutch and English.
- Strong understanding of the medical sector and hospital decision-making processes.
- Proven track record in negotiation, strategic account management, and business development.
- Ability to work autonomously and influence high-level stakeholders.
