What you will do

  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the Dutch medical market.
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with orthopedic surgeons, hospitals, and specialized networks.
  • Manage strategic accounts and negotiate high-value commercial agreements.
  • Contribute to sales planning and support regional marketing initiatives.
  • Provide advanced technical and clinical training to key customers.
  • Represent the brand at professional conferences and engage with key opinion leaders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of proven experience in medical device sales or orthopedic solutions.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English.
  • Strong understanding of the medical sector and hospital decision-making processes.
  • Proven track record in negotiation, strategic account management, and business development.
  • Ability to work autonomously and influence high-level stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Background in physiotherapy, sports science, or a related clinical field.
