Location: Must be based in or able to work from the Leuven office in Belgium (Hybrid)

Salary: €30,000 – €40,000 gross per year

What you will do

• Manage and meet revenue targets through proactive lead generation and client outreach.
• Identify and pursue upselling opportunities for advanced retail measurement services.
• Execute the full sales cycle, including feasibility analysis, pricing, proposal writing, and contract negotiation.
• Develop and maintain engagement plans for key prospects and existing clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.
• Monitor sales progress and optimize performance using CRM tools.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and Dutch (business level) is required.
• Business-level proficiency in English.
• Bachelor or Master degree in a business-related field.
• Understanding of the Belgian FMCG business dynamics.
• Strong results-orientation with a passion for sales and relationship building.
• Ability to adapt communication styles to different client needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in Market Research or FMCG Trade/Category management.
• Familiarity with retail tracking business services.
