TL;DR

Channel Sales Manager (SaaS/Supply Chain): Managing and growing a portfolio of channel partners across the Benelux region with an accent on go-to-market strategy execution and partner-sourced revenue growth. Focus on building trust-based relationships with VARs and consulting teams, driving lead generation, and representing the company at industry events.

Location: Must be based in the Netherlands (Breukelen office), with a hybrid work model (in-office 1 day per week) and regular travel across the Benelux region.

What you will do

  • Manage, develop, and expand an existing portfolio of channel partners across the Benelux.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue potential.
  • Identify, prospect, and onboard new referral and implementation partners.
  • Provide deal support and negotiation expertise as the commercial bridge between the company and partners.
  • Build and maintain deep relationships with partner sales and consulting teams.
  • Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce and own an annual business plan.

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Dutch required.
  • Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant commercial experience (channel sales, direct sales, or business development).
  • Proven track record in SaaS business and managing partner portfolios.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to travel across Europe for meetings and events.
  • Experience with structured outbound prospecting and referral networks.
  • Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work from the Breukelen office.

Nice to have

  • Existing network with VARs, retailers, or wholesalers in Benelux, Nordics, or UKI.
  • Familiarity with EDI, supply chain, or retail/wholesale technology.
  • ERP system knowledge.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.
  • Proficiency in German, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
