What you will do
- Manage, develop, and expand an existing portfolio of channel partners across the Benelux.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to maximize revenue potential.
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new referral and implementation partners.
- Provide deal support and negotiation expertise as the commercial bridge between the company and partners.
- Build and maintain deep relationships with partner sales and consulting teams.
- Maintain accurate opportunity data in Salesforce and own an annual business plan.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Dutch required.
- Bachelorβs degree and at least 5 years of relevant commercial experience (channel sales, direct sales, or business development).
- Proven track record in SaaS business and managing partner portfolios.
- Strong communication skills and ability to travel across Europe for meetings and events.
- Experience with structured outbound prospecting and referral networks.
- Must be based in the Netherlands or able to work from the Breukelen office.
Nice to have
- Existing network with VARs, retailers, or wholesalers in Benelux, Nordics, or UKI.
- Familiarity with EDI, supply chain, or retail/wholesale technology.
- ERP system knowledge.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM.
- Proficiency in German, Swedish, Danish, or Norwegian.
