What you will do

  • Develop and execute account strategies to achieve business goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key enterprise clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive upselling of additional services.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular sales reports.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts and address client issues promptly.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, ideally in SaaS, retail tech, IoT, or a B2B technology environment.
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and closing multi-million euro/dollar deals.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying processes and long sales cycles.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Passion for retail innovation and digital transformation.
