What you will do

- Drive growth through strategic account planning, cross-selling, and innovative product positioning.
- Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry forums and executive networks.
- Ensure operational rigor in pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
- Strong strategic acumen with experience navigating complex B2B environments.
- Deep expertise in the financial services sector and managing large multinational portfolios.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Must be able to work from the London office at least three days per week.
