What you will do

  • Define and execute a high-impact commercial strategy for the Financials segment across EMEA.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team to consistently exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain executive-level relationships with leading financial institutions.
  • Drive growth through strategic account planning, cross-selling, and innovative product positioning.
  • Represent the organization as a thought leader at industry forums and executive networks.
  • Ensure operational rigor in pipeline management and forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience in building and scaling high-performing commercial teams.
  • Strong strategic acumen with experience navigating complex B2B environments.
  • Deep expertise in the financial services sector and managing large multinational portfolios.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Must be able to work from the London office at least three days per week.
