TL;DR

Sales Director (Cybersecurity): Leading and scaling a team of Expansion Account Executives to drive growth, adoption, and long-term value within the mid-market customer base with an accent on upsell, cross-sell, and renewal motions. Focus on building a high-performing, insight-driven expansion engine, ensuring operational rigor in forecasting, and coaching the team to navigate complex stakeholder environments.

Location: Hybrid, minimum 3 days a week in the London office

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expansion Account Executives to drive growth and quota attainment.
  • Define and execute the expansion strategy for the mid-market segment, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Ensure operational rigor in account planning, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting.
  • Coach the team on consultative discovery, value articulation, and multi-threading across stakeholders.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor portfolio performance to identify risks, adoption gaps, and acceleration opportunities.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (3 days/week).
  • Proven success leading B2B expansion, account management, or customer growth teams.
  • Experience managing mid-market portfolios with complex stakeholder dynamics.
  • Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiation, pricing integrity, and business case development.
  • Deep understanding of consultative selling and value-based expansion strategies.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical solutions.
