Location: Hybrid, minimum 3 days a week in the London office

What you will do
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Expansion Account Executives to drive growth and quota attainment.
- Define and execute the expansion strategy for the mid-market segment, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Ensure operational rigor in account planning, pipeline management, and data-driven forecasting.
- Coach the team on consultative discovery, value articulation, and multi-threading across stakeholders.
- Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Monitor portfolio performance to identify risks, adoption gaps, and acceleration opportunities.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to commute to London for hybrid work (3 days/week).
- Proven success leading B2B expansion, account management, or customer growth teams.
- Experience managing mid-market portfolios with complex stakeholder dynamics.
- Strong commercial acumen with expertise in negotiation, pricing integrity, and business case development.
- Deep understanding of consultative selling and value-based expansion strategies.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity, SaaS, or technical solutions.
