Senior Field Marketing Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Develop and execute regional field marketing strategy for the UKI, Nordics, and Benelux markets in partnership with EMEA Sales, Corporate Marketing, Digital Marketing, and Channel teams.
• Plan and deliver integrated events, conferences, summits, campaigns, webinars, and customer engagement programs.
• Build joint marketing plans and co-marketing activities with strategic partners.
• Develop targeted account strategies to support account-based selling and accelerate engagement with priority accounts.
• Create regional content and marketing assets aligned with business and pipeline priorities.
• Set program goals and forecasts, then measure and report engagement, business impact, and pipeline contribution.

Requirements

• Experience leading regional field marketing strategy and programs in a high-technology B2B organization.
• Experience working with partners or channel organizations on joint marketing and co-marketing programs.
• Native-level English fluency required.
• In-depth understanding of demand generation and marketing strategies across EMEA.
• Commercial mindset with experience managing marketing budgets and prioritizing investment against business outcomes.
• Strong project management, collaboration, stakeholder influence, and cross-functional coordination skills.

Nice to have

• Cybersecurity industry experience.
• Knowledge of a Nordic language.
• Experience with Marketo.
