What you will do

  • Manage daily relationships with a prioritized portfolio of key accounts and development accounts.
  • Maintain detailed customer profiles and intelligence within the CRM system.
  • Develop and implement Key Account Plans, monitoring KPIs such as sales results, service levels, and profitability.
  • Negotiate yearly commercial conditions, budgets, and joint business development plans.
  • Implement sales strategies and marketing campaigns to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with senior management at the customer level.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in sales and/or marketing.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing budgets and pricing.
  • Proficiency in SAP-CRM or equivalent systems.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce tools and digital savvy.
  • Fluent in business English and Filipino (written & verbal).
