What you will do

  • Manage the full lifecycle of bids across US federal markets.
  • Lead RFP analysis, qualification, proposal strategy, and final submission.
  • Translate complex autonomous system specifications into clear, structured, and persuasive proposals.
  • Ensure full compliance with US procurement frameworks (FAR/DFARS), security, and export control requirements.
  • Coordinate alignment across Sales, Product, R&D, Legal, and Finance teams.
  • Interface directly with government stakeholders and prime contractors during bidding phases.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Bid or Proposal Management within US federal or defense environments.
  • Proven track record of responding to DoW or federal RFPs.
  • Strong understanding of US procurement frameworks (FAR/DFARS), compliance, and security requirements.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for leading senior executives and diverse teams.
  • Must be based in the US and available to work on-site.
